The game between the two undefeated teams was the Rendez-vous of this week 9 in the National Football League. A tough game between two very solid teams, the Colts hosted the Patriots at RCA dome.
The game started very slowly but everything went more quickly in the second half.
Actually, it really began at the end of the 1st half, there was an incredible touchdown by Joseph Addai on a 72-yard pass reception (photos below #29)
That play was awesome, after catching a short pass 5-7 yards, ex-LSU's running back performed great moves, ankle breakings on every defenders he faced.
He blasted all Pats' defense to score the touchdown which allows the Colts to lead at the end of the 2nd quarter.
This play resulted from a Brackett's interception on Tom Brady.
At halftime, the Colts lead 13-7
At this moment, Pats' quarterback had thrown 2 interceptions as many as he threw during the first 8 games.
This year Tom Brady (21 for 32 for 255 yards 3 touchdowns and 2 interceptionss) has the weapons. The true mark of a champion is, even if he was sacked twice by defensive end Robert Mathis (photo #98), even though he was hurried many times by the other Colts' pass rusher Dwight freeney, even though he threw two interceptions, he stayeds focused on what he had to do. Leading New England's offense to the victory in order to maintain their perfect season.
He did his job, perfectly, well helped by Randy Moss (photo #81, 9 catches for 145 yards and 1 touchdown) who performed a huge one-hand catch in the middle of Colts' defense, in the slot. This guy is unbelievable!

After leading almost all of the game, the Colts were beaten on a 24-20 score but they did not show themself unworthy of their potential. They are not the same team they were before.
They are tough, fast, talented on offense but now, on defense too.
They have big names, as safeties Bob Sanders, Antoine Bethea, defensive ends Dwight Freeney, Robert Mathis, just to name few...
I won't talk about their high powered offense, no need to introduce it.
Of course, they did not win last Superbowl XLI by hasard but, they have to worry about many teams and first, the team they played against this week.
About Patriots, they extend their perfect season and, after that, the question is who will be able to stop that winning machine?
Concerning Brady, despite his two interceptions thrown, he's got another +3-touchdown game.
If he keeps going, there will be no doubt on who's the MVP of this season.
