Week 13 in the NFL saw many great games and one of them was the confrontation between the undefeated Patriots and one of the biggest defense of today's football, the Baltimore Ravens.
The Pats ran after the score almost all of the game. They scored first but only a field goal, the answer went right after this drive.

After that, New England ran after the score. Boller did a very good job except his interception thrown at a very bad moment.

Willis Mc Gahee earned a lot of yards and most of them on first downs (30 rushes for 138 yds,1 touchdown). But the trademark of Baltimore's team is, without doubt, its defense. With famous names like Ray Lewis (photo #52), Ed Reed, Chris McAllister, Terrell Suggs. From their defensive linemen to their defensive backs the Ravens' got a really talented team.

The Patriots won but very late in the game (44 sec left) and only because of a Ravens' stupid penalty that gave Brady the opportunity to to bend the game. Pats' QB had not the same performance as usual (18 completed for 38 attempts, 2 touchdowns but 1 interception) and 3rd-down efficiency is pathetic, 2 for12, 16%.
Unworthy of this team!
Despite those statistics, they showed a big mental toughness and Brady first, who did not freak out at any moment.
He seemed to be cool with no stress despite the pressure he felt. He was sacked two straight times for big losses.
We saw that Brady was not very serene against teams that blitz a lot.
He was shoved agaisnt the Eagles and now against the Ravens but, the true mark of a champion isn't to have the ability to win very close game, is it?
I saw this game, I can tell you what made New England win, mental toughness because this game was undecided until the last seconds.
The Ravens committed big mistakes at the end of the game (3 or 4 straight penalties gave their opponents some first downs and also opportunities to win).

Finally, the Patriots won on a 27-24 score and keep their season free from loss

27-24
